IMA Office
The IMA Office is responsible for the effective management, coordination, and financial administration of the organization. Led by the General Manager, the office oversees daily operations, strategic planning, budgeting, and financial reporting to advance the IMA’s mission. It supports and coordinates working groups, manages member services, and plans key events such as the Monorailex conference.
Serves as General Manager of the IMA since June 2021.
Oversees day-to-day organizational operations and leads strategic planning to advance the organization’s mission.
Develops and manages budgets and financial reports in alignment with marketing goals.
Supports and coordinates the IMA’s working groups.
Plans and organizes the 'Monorailex' and additional events.
Assists the General Manager and the Executive Council with administrative and organizational tasks.
Supports event planning e.g. Monorailex conference and additional meetings.
Provides member support, including communication and coordination.
Manages social media activities and member outreach.
Maintains and updates contact and membership data.
Drives membership growth to support the organization’s mission.
Serves as the organization’s accountant, responsible for overall financial management and stability.
Ensures accurate financial record-keeping and long-term viability.
Handles day-to-day financial transactions, including payroll and membership invoicing.
Prepares financial reports such as balance sheets, cash flow, and profit-and-loss statements.
Ensures compliance with applicable tax regulations and reporting requirements.
